Where does our data live and who can see it?
Your data stays in your own accounts and infrastructure. When a language model is involved we use commercial API agreements under which your data is not used for training. We sign an NDA before we see anything.
How much does a project cost?
The prototype phase has a fixed price agreed on the intro call. The full build is quoted after the prototype, when scope is known. We do not charge for the first call.
How long until something is live?
A working prototype in two weeks for one scoped use case. Most production builds take four to ten weeks after that, depending on integrations.
Can the assistant speak Arabic?
Yes. Assistants and agents we build handle Arabic, English and other languages in the same conversation, and switch when the customer does.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we build is delivered to your repositories and your cloud accounts, with documentation. There is no lock-in to us.
What happens after launch?
Support on business days with an SLA agreed per project. We monitor conversations and quality, update models and extend the system as you need.
What exactly does "prototype in 2 weeks" cover?
