These terms govern your use of macrosoft.ae (the site) and the way we engage with clients. The site is operated by Macrosoft Trading FZ-LLC, license 5026722, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates,United Arab Emirates (we, us).
Using the site
You may browse the site, send us requests and use the assistant chat for the purpose of finding out about our services. You may not use the site to send unlawful, abusive or automated traffic, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or interfere with its operation. We may limit or block access that breaches these rules.
The assistant chat
The chat is an automated AI assistant. Its answers are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing the assistant says is a quote, a contract or professional advice. Prices, timelines and commitments are only valid when confirmed by a person from our team in writing. Usage is rate-limited and may be unavailable at times.
Content
Text, design and code on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution. Case studies describe projects in general terms and omit details our clients consider confidential.
Engaging our services
A request through the site is not an order and does not create a contract. Every project is governed by a written agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, acceptance, intellectual property and confidentiality. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- The prototype phase has a fixed scope and a fixed price agreed before it starts.
- Production builds are quoted after the prototype, when scope is known.
- Code and documentation delivered under a paid project belong to the client on full payment.
- Support is provided on business days under the service level agreed per project.
Third-party services
Systems we build may rely on third-party services such as language model APIs, messaging platforms and cloud providers. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and the client holds the accounts and agreements with those providers unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the assistant chat. Liability under a project is set out in the project agreement.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless a project agreement provides a different forum.
