The situation
The agency’s clients kept asking for “an AI chatbot”. The agency did not want to resell a generic widget and did not have engineers to build one. Monthly client reporting took a full day of copying numbers between tools.
What we built
A multi-tenant assistant platform in the agency’s brand. Each client gets an assistant trained on their own website and documents, installed with one script tag on any platform. The agency manages all of them from one dashboard: knowledge, tone, lead routing and usage. Leads go to each client’s CRM.
The same build automated the agency’s monthly reporting: data is pulled from ad platforms and analytics, a draft report is written per client, and an account manager reviews it instead of assembling it.
The result
Twenty client websites went live in three weeks. The agency now sells AI assistants as a recurring service with margins it controls. Monthly reporting dropped from a day to about an hour of review.
What mattered
Tenant isolation and a single admin surface were designed from the start. Adding a client is a form, not a project.
